Generations HVAC is a family based business started by husband and wife team Nicky and Eddie Pessin in 2007. Nicky has been in the HVAC family since 1986 visiting her father in the field and helping out. Eddie learned the trade from Nicky’s father in 1996 and is running with it. Eddie has over 20 years of hands on experience from residential to commercial, ground up to remodels.

Generations HVAC employs local candidates and teaches the HVAC trade according to their quality and business standards. Treating every employee like family is one of Generations HVAC’s core values.. Eddie and Nicky are fully involved in everyday business from field meetings, estimating, accounting and building personal relationships with employees and customers.
